Gyoza Bar opens for brunch service starting this weekend!
Inspired by the city’s quintessential ritual of weekend brunch, our Head Chef Woo Jin Kim wanted to create a unique brunch offering that incorporated both Japanese and international influences.
“In Japan, a traditional breakfast is nourishing, warm, and feels like home,” Woo Jin explained. “Our team aimed to create a brunch menu with this in mind, along with our signature Aburi twist: combining traditional dishes with local ingredients and flavours. Most of our dishes will feature both new and familiar flavours and textures. We’re so excited to open our doors on Sundays starting in March and can’t wait for guests to check out our brunch during the weekends.”
